Production Process
Carbonization furnace: used to carbonize biomass blocks into natural charcoal. You just need to put your materials into Inner pot of furnace. After 8~10hours, you will get biomass charcoal. This charrcoal can be used for bbq directly. If you want to produce different shapes, you need below machines.
Charcoal crusher: It is used to crush biomass charcoal into powder of less than 3mm.
Mixer: Mixer is the important machine of this production line, we mainly use this machine to stir charcoal powder and binder together. The materials processed by this machine is easy to shape.
Briquette machine: Briquette machine is most important machine in this production line.
It has 3 different kinds: Ball shape briquette machine, stick extruder machine, shisha charcoal briquette machine.
Mixer: Mixer is the important machine of this production line, we mainly use this machine to stir charcoal powder and binder together. The materials processed by this machine is easy to shape.

Feed system
