We are a customized service, charging according to the number of photos and the difficulty level of the video. The price will be
quoted according to the difficulty of the product and plan, and the price on the page is for reference only.

(2)How do I pay?
Before starting your project we will send you a quote with a payment link which you can use to accept the quote and pay. We accept
all major credit cards .

SHIPPMENT
How can I ship my products to you?
A:Your product in China / can be found in China,you can ask your China partner delivering your product by express / we can help tobuy if you need.
B:Your product can not be found in China, you need delivering your product by international express.
C:Your product very large, please contact us to discuss the shooting details.

After you deliver the product please inform us the tracking number of the product express.

Address in Chinese please contact us.

SHOOTING PROCESS
How can I tell you what I need?
A:Your can leave your demand letter or call us directly and using some pictures or videos to show your idea.
B:Find existing images or videos online and we’ll match them. Reference the url that they're on or take a screen shot and we'llmatch those angles.

How long do photography projects take?
Mostly once we get your product we can finish the work in 3-5 workdays. If your project involves a large number of photos this mayadd to the production time.During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us andwe’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.

What if I would like an image to be re-shoot?
Our Totally Reasonable Reshoot Policy
*If you tell us clearly how to photograph your product and we don’t do it that way, we’ll redo it for free.
*If you change your mind or want something different then what you specified in the directions then that will be a paid reshoot.
*Minor photoshop adjustments are always free.

How can I get my photos or videos?
(1)In what format are my photos or videos delivered?
Before your confirming of photos that you need, we will send you photos and videos with watermark or lower resolution. Once you confirm with all photos and videos that you need, standard product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 3000×3000 pixels in size, and requested video format.

(2)How do you deliver my finished photos?
Delivery of completed photos occurs via our private image hosting server. Upon completion of your project, you will be provided a unique link and password. Log-in to our image server to view and instantly download your high resolution images. Or we send to your email or through other ways that you prefer.

(3)What kind of license comes with the images?
Upon final delivery, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photographs in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of publication including print advertising,packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.
