Q1: How do I know what’s type of my battery?

A1: Pls check the battery printing. 3.7V means Li-ion; 3.2V means Lifepo4; 2.2/2.3V means LTO.

Q2: If my battery is 100AH, I should choose 100A BMS?

A2: In fact, not like this. The capacity of battery is no direct relationship with BMS. You should know the load’s continuous discharge current and max discharge current, and confirm with our sales.

Q3: How should I choose the correct BMS?

A3: 1) You should know what’s type of battery(you can reference above A1)

2) How many series of your battery pack?

3) What’s the continuous discharge current and max discharge current of load?

Q4: What’s mean of Common port/Same port & Separate port?

A4: Common port/Same port: Charge & discharge negative are use the same cable. (P- or C-)

   Separate port: Charge & discharge negative are different cables. P- is for discharge(Load); C- is for charge negative.(Charger)

Q5: What’s mean of “Built Bluetooth in BMS”?

A5: It means the Bluetooth module like a component fit on PCB board, inside of BMS, no need to extra Bluetooth module to insert into BMS.

Q6: What’s kind of balance method of your BMS?

A6: We have 2 kinds of balance method. Passive balance and Active balance. If the title name showed “active balance” it means it is Active balance BMS, if not it is Passive balance BMS.

Q7: Is your BMS high strings compatible with low strings?

A7: If you bought Hardware BMS, it can’t be compatible. If you bought Smart BMS,it can be compatible,but we don’t suggest you to do like this. Pls contact our sales before that.

Q8: How many pcs of your MOQ?

A8: 5pcs for samples; 100pcs for bulk.

Q9: If I can print my LOGO on it?

A9: Yes, you can. But the MOQ for each type is 100pcs.

Q10: OEM design or function according to our requests is workable or not?

A10: Yes, warmly welcome! We have own R&D department,we can OEM according to your requirements. The time depends on difficulty.

Q11: How long of your warranty?

A11: 12 months.
