What grades of stainless steel do you use ?
We use commercial grades AISI 304 for internal applications and AISI 316 for external applications. You can mix depending upon the environment of your installation. If you have insufficient budget and use it indoors and in a non-humid environment, you can choose 201 stainless steel.

Can I have a sample order for Pull Door Handle?
Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You can choose different models to make a mixed order, it will be ready in about 3~5 working days.
How to ship the Pull Door Handle?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional, but it will take longer.If you have shipping agent in China, we can contact them to consolidate the products to save the shipping cost.
