1. Laminated glass produced by our oven is the first domestic one that obtain China Compulsory Certification. Our machine is CE approved. The rate of finished product reaches up to 99%.
2.Our oven can manufacture laminated glass with TPU/EVA film as interlayer, it’s one and only in China.
3.Patented heating system can improve heat rapidly, and turbo blower makes wind strong convection and hot air circulation, saving energy consumption by up to 40%-50%. Temperature difference inside the furnace can not exceed 3°C. The service life of tungsten wire we use is 10 times that of heating tube which features radiant heat.
4.Warm-keeping system features 8mm thick galvanized angle steel with seamless welding which ensures the machine more durable. 10cm thick insulation layer save energy by 10%-20%. Moreover, the appearance receives baking finish treatment, enhancing anti-corrosion performance.
5.Our oven is equipped with a special two-stage wind cooling vacuum pump. It can continuously work for 24hrs with high efficiency.As for silicon bag, 3mm thick, its main materials are imported from USA. It's life span is 4-5 years.
