Product Description
Extra virgin olive oil
Blend of national olives grown near Lake Garda. The product is 100% handmade and Made in Italy, moreover it is obtained without the use of chemical products or industrial processes.
The Olive Oil is tasty, moderately fruity, with bitter notes and spiciness, all extremely balanced.
Olive oil is versatile, therefore it is possible to use it both in cooking and raw; it is an excellent ally in the professional kitchen to enrich structured dishes.
The bottle of extra virgin olive oil is 0.5 litres.
The extraction takes place with a modern mill in a two-phase continuous cycle. The pit is recovered and used as fuel, the residue of the pomace is given to a biodigester for the production of biogas, therefore every part of the olive is recovered.

This is the motto that distinguishes my production. My vinegar factory was founded in 1950 by my father who created what is an
ancient local tradition in Modena, the production of Balsamic Vinegar. Over time I have dealt with the expansion of the Acetaia up to now, with over 600 barrels dedicated to production. I have always tried to have a very rigorous and respectful approach to the
