Graphite sheet:
The flexible graphite heat spreader materials are a unique line of products capable of cooling a hot component, protecting a temperature-sensitive component, reducing a thermal gradient, or preventing a surface hot spot.
Graphite sheet is a thermal material ideal for a wide range of electronics applications, from the thinnest and lightest smartphones to high-power devices.
It is available with an adhesive backing, which can significantly improve the thermal resistance. A wide range of die-cut shapes & components are manufactured to customer specifications on request.
• Natural Graphite
A variety of in-plane thermal conductivity options from 100 to 500 W/mK and through-plane thermal conductivity from 2.5 to 4.0 W/mK
A broad range of thicknesses from 0.03mm to 1.0mm
• Synthetic Graphite
A variety of in-plane thermal conductivity options from 800 to 1900 W/mK and through-plane thermal conductivity of 5 W/·K
Thinner than natural graphite with a broad range of thicknesses from 0.017mm to 0.1mm
