Of Course! as long as your confirmed the size, we will finish the free sample within 2 days.
3. Do I need to pay for samples?
Free sample! We can provide the free sample, but the courier cost should paid by client.
4. What’s your payment terms?
T/T, Western Union, Paypal. 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
5. Do you accept OEM/ODM customized order?
Yes. We accept it.
6. How do your company control the quality?
We have our QC to check the quality for each production process and after checking the quality when the goods are ready. If find any question of the goods, our QC will recheck the goods to previous production line to let the worker repair untill it is satisfied.
7. What’s your delivery date?
Usually 7-10 days for small quantity, 15-20 days for 20GP contaienr. 25-30 days for 40HQ container.
8. What’s minimum order?
We have not MOQ limitation now. One piece is OK .Besides, Sample order is also accepted.
9. Is the product certified? What about warranty? Items received defective?
Our products have been passed the safety check and quality check in our factory and we have not experienced any major defect with
our design. Replacement will be offered in next shipment if there are defective by discussed each other.
10. How about the guarantee period?
For sofa pocket spring, it is at least 5 years. And for pocket spring mattress, it is at least 10 years. For pocket spring, it is at least 4 years.
11. Is your price the lowest in the market?
No. We can’t guarantee that our price is the cheapest one in the market. But we promise that our price is so competitive one to compare with our stable quality.
