There 500 workers including staff in our factory.Shenzhen Beautymark Co.,Ltd. is engaged in R&D,manufacturing and marketing of beauty care device and hair care device in China as well as provides solutions for all OEM&ODM customers around the world. We have been working in this area since 2005. The products include beauty & personal care, hair care devices, such as facial brush, RF beauty devices, EMS devices, eye care massager, electric shaver, IPL hair remover, LED cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, hair straightener.
R&D department
10 staff in R&D department including the outlook designer, structure designer, electric designer
Tooling room
All the toolings are made in our factory.
Injection room
There are more than 20 injection machine in our factory including a Semi-Automatic machine.
High and low temperature testing machine
We have our own lab. Every new product and every batch of order need to be proceeded with high and low temperature test before mass production.
Aging testing room
We have our own lab. Every new product and every batch of order need to be proceeded with aging test for 30 minutes to assure the quality before mass production.
Salting testing room
Every new product and every batch of order need to be proceeded with salt test before mass production.
SMT room
To keep the lead time and assure the quality, we set up our own SMT room. There are 5 SMT machine.
Assembly lines
There are two assembling room. One is for low and middle products; one is for middle and high-end products.
Each assembling room has 5 production lines.
The total workers are about 400-500,depend on the busy season.
