Product Description
Ductile Iron Pipe
Is a kind of pipe made from spherical graphite cast iron by centrifugal spinning process. The pipes, which can convey many fluid media such as water, oil and gas, are widely used in various pipeline projects for metallurgy, mine, water conservancy, petroleum and urban public service utility.
Possessing high strength, good toughness as steel and better corrosion resistance than steel, the ductile iron pipe is the ideal substitute for gray cast iron pipe and common steel pipe. In addition, the DI pipes are produced with good straightness, even wall thickness, high dimension accuracy, smooth surface finishing and remarkable mechanical properties, plus with firmly sticking internal & external coating layer. Flexible Push-in joint and rubber gasket are used resulting in convenient installation of pipelines.

5) Internal lining: cement mortar lining as per ISO4179
6) Zinc coating: at least 130g/m2 as per ISO 8179
7) Bitumen painting: at least 70um as per ISO 8179
8) Gaskets are NBR rubber, natural rubber, SBR rubber or EPDM rubber ring as per ISO4633

Flange connection and socket connection
For the way of Flange Connection, it cannot be buried directly, because the bolts are easy to be corroded, which will cause problems such as water leakage at the connection port, and the requirements for operation will be more strict. For Socket Connection, there is no restriction on direct burial, but there are requirements on the diameter of the pipeline.
