Staffilo wines, from ancient greek stafili (grape), are born near the Venetian Shore and are based on the on the passion for the vineyard and for the bucolic environment which have been transmitted for several decades in our family.
Our philosophy is focused on the environmental sustainability and the respect for nature, in order to produce natural and healthy wines. For this reason, We decided to adopt the organic method since the beginning.
For our winery the adoption of organic viticulture is the result of the will to safeguard and enhance natural resources, providing a healthy consumption choice.
We are pursuing the organic philosophy in a circular way, from the vineyard to the table, considering its pivotal principles.
We respect the biodiversity in order to allow the vine to grow in a thriving soil and to better resist to diseases.
We re-use natural, animal and mineral substances for the growth and the defense of our cultures and We try to reduce as much possible the waste of resources in the production of our wines.
Adapting to the temporal cycles of nature requires great efforts and numerous actions in the field, but not forcing natural balance allows to bring to light the added value of a wine which is the fruit of the land and our passion. Staffilo winemaking is both an art and a science. An alchemy which combines soil, climate, vines and production techniques. This makes it possible to offer a unique product.
