Q:1.What is the regular MOQ for your product?  Can I place an order less than your MOQ for the first trial order?

A:Our MOQ is 3000-5000 unit depends on different products.  A trial order is also ok, just the price is a bit higher 

 

Q:2.What's your payment term?

A:Irrevocable 30% deposit, 70% against shipping document by T/T, also accept paypal for small amount, and provide Ali pay with trade assurance.

 

Q:3.How does your quality control?

A:We have a professional QC team, we will control the goods quality during all the mass production, and we can also provide third party inspection service for you.

 

Q:4 .Can you do design for us?

A:Yes, we can do basic product design for you, but for complicated design, please provide us your artwork.

 

Q:5. How can we get the market information about the popular product?

A:You can tell us which kind product you are interested in, we will update the hot selling item to you base on our knowledge.

 

Q:6. If we want to develop some new item, but maybe we just have some idea, how can you do?

A:We can make new mold base on your idea and help you to develop the new product. If the quantity big enough, we can even refund your mold cost.

 

Q:7.I never come to China before, can you be my guide in China?

A:We can arrange our driver to pick you up from airport to our company, and to book the hotel for you.

Of course, if you want to visit the market or factory, we can arrange our colleague to be your assistant.

 

Q:8. I can’s speak Chinese or English, can you find one translator for me?

A:You can tell us which language you speak, we will find the translator for you, and will be work together.

Q:10.Can I get the sample and what is the sample lead time?

A:Samples will be free of charge and you only need to pay for the express fees. If the sample you need is our existing item, then the sample lead time will be 1 to 3 days, and If the sample you require need to be customized, then the time will be 5 to 7 days. The time duration for shipping normally take 5-7 days.
