Usage:

3. Put the paper on the left to the ruler (B), and put it on the top to (D). Make sure that the paper is in place so that the paper won't be crooked.
4. After the above three steps are completed, hold down the paper with the left hand and hold the handle with the right hand to cut it off. The whole cutting process is completed.
