1. Can you accept sample order?
Answer: yes sure we accept, if sample order, there is no moq, and sample order is no logo, if you need to custom your logo on sample order also, plz contact us, that logo cost is extra to ask.
2. What is the moq for the custom logo?
Answer: usually moq is 30pcs for custom your own logo, because more quantity much cheaper, of course if your quanity is low, we can also do, plz send me your logo to ask the logo fee.
3. How long does it need to wait until i receive it?
Answer:usually if custom your logo order, it needs 7 working days to finish, the shipping time needs 5-10 workingds , because the shipping is not stable based on special time, so the time changes also, anyway after we deliver, the shipping time need to wait the express time to track.
if no need to custom your logo, that kind order need 3-5 working days to deliver out.
after we deliver out, we will send you tracking number also, of course we will upload the tracking number on the order bill , so you can check also by yourself if it is convenient for you.
4. Can i custom new package for it?
Answer: yes, we can custom your package based on your design, if you do not have design for the package, we can design for you, but plz offer the most details and request at one time for us, thus can improve the box making time.
5. Before delivering, can you send me some pictures for me to post on my website to pre sale?
Answer: yes, we can take pictures for you if you have this kind needs, but as for the pictures level, we will offer the best what we can, plz note, there is no standard.
6. How about the after sales?
