Use of cow milking machine
1、Working principle：Vacuum formation process: the motor drives the pendulum to rotate, to realize the linear reciprocating motion of the piston pulled by the connecting rod, cycle and repeat to form a continuous cycle. Vacuum travel occurs when the piston moves downward. When the piston moves upward, it is atmosphere travel. Two travel makes a pulse, the piston reciprocating motion to produce a vacuum.
2、Working procedure：Milking process: When the piston moves downward, the steel ball valve on the vacuum pump is closed, ball valve on the three links of milk barrel cover is open. The sealed milk barrel and the milk tube produce vacuum. Then the milk cup wall pressure equals to the room pressure, the milk cup inner shield is open. Then the milk is sucked out from the papilla.
