There are two filters in T-R100 water dispenser, the first one can use 8-12 months, and the second one can use 24 - 36 months. If the machine reminds you to change the filter, you can buy the filters from us.

A: It is normal for a large number of small bubbles to be produced when first used, as the layer of protective liquid on the new filters are being flushed out; also the black particles are due to the presence of activated carbon particles in the new CF filter. We recommend discarding and do not drink the first 4-5 kettles of water. After that, the filtered water should turn clean and safe to drink.
