Product Description
1.SQ200 scanning module product, TMS-Z23 chip and advanced image recognition algorithm are perfectly integrated, which can read all kinds of mainstream one-dimensional and two-dimensional barcodes. It simplifies the design difficulty of barcode reading products and is a cost-effective scanning solution.
2.SQ002 uses a bright LED to provide auxiliary lighting for exposure, which can quickly read the barcode even in full darkness. The lighting function can be turned on or off by setting.
3.SQ002 provides a word aiming indication pattern, which is used to help users aim at the target, facilitate barcode reading and improve reading efficiency. The aiming function can be turned on or off by setting.















Module Size
When integrating SQ002, refer to the following physical dimensions. In the structural design, other components shall not compress
the device of SQ002. Note: The installation depth of screws shall not exceed 2.5mm. (Unit: mm)




Installation orientation
There are 6 screw holes at the bottom of SQ002 for optional installation. When the screw installation hole is facing down, the following figure shows the appearance of correct placement or installation.




Window placement
1.The window is a transparent medium installed in front of the SQ002. The window shall be placed so that the illumination beam and aiming beam can shoot out as far as possible, and prevent reflection from entering the angle range of the lens field of view. If the illumination beam is reflected into the field of view angle of the lens, the reading performance of the module will be reduced.
2.The window shall be installed as close to the front of SQ002 as possible and parallel to the front plane of SQ002. In order to obtain good reading performance, the thickness of window material should be reduced as much as possible. As shown in the following figure, the vertical distance between the near end face of the window and the front end face of SQ002 shall not exceed L=0.5mm. The thickness of window lens shall not exceed 1mm.




Window size
The window size shall be designed to ensure that the field of view of the lens and the positioning lamp is not obscured. On this basis, the lighting area shall not be obscured as much as possible. For the size design of the window, please refer to the following diagrams of each optical area.




REMARK
The vertical area SQ002 of the fill light will emit heat during operation. If the heat accumulates in the case of continuous operation for a long time, the temperature of SQ002 will rise. In high temperature environment, image noise will be increased, image quality will be reduced, and reading performance will be reduced. Avoid wrapping SQ002 with insulation materials such as rubber.
