Manufacturing process of wheel
A qualified aluminum alloy wheel requires careful planning and production processes, including materials selection, casting, heat treatment, and surface treatment. Every step is carried out by high quality equipment, including melting furnace, die casting machines, CNC machine tools, heat treatment furnaces, pretreatment machines, painting equipment, etc. This allows us to manufacture aluminum alloy wheels that our customers love.Every aluminum wheel undergoes stringent testing before delivery. These are our testing machines.
Q1: Can you send me a sample?
A: Yes we can send you sample for checking our quality. You need pay sample fee, but we will refund you once you place bulk order from us.
Q2: Do you have ability of design?
A: We are manufacturer, and could provide custom made service, just send drawing or sample, and the new one will be made.
Q3: Can I add my logo on the motorcycle parts?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are available for us. But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.
