01 Chassis

We have automotive engineers to design professional chassis. According to different houses, the counterweight is different, and the form of the chassis is also different.

We use AL-KO rubber torsion shaft, the maximum load can reach 6000KGS, all chassis are treated with hot-dip galvanizing or weather-resistant polyurethane anti-rust spray

Our chassis can be equipped with optional rails and motors for house expansion and more space.

02 Framing

 

We use high-strength automotive-specific steel for the chassis, and light steel systems, steel pipes and glulam for the housing frame. Multiple material combinations significantly reduce weight and increase stability.

03 Exterior Cladding

 

Aluminum Alloy Panel , Weather resistant Timber Cladding,

Color bond multi-material combination

04 Interior Decoration

We use multiple different interior materials, and the construction is carried out by specialized carpenters. We only use weather-resistant sealants from WACKER, Germany and Sika, Switzerland.

 

05  Insulation

According to different regions and climates, we have a variety of different insulation materials to choose from, polyurethane insulation, PIR insulation,ovenscorning glass wool insulation, etc.

06 Windows

We only use broken bridge aluminum system doors and windows, all doors and windows are equipped with extended edges and water retaining strips, and the glass is double or triple LOW-E glass

07 Electrical

We are familiar with many national circuit construction standards. Use cords, receptacles, switches, distribution boxes and circuit breakers approved for the country of destination
