Ceramic fiber paper standard rolls have widths of 610mm, 1000mm, and 1200mm. The thickness and length are listed in the table below. Special width and length can also be customized and supplied.

Classification:

Ceramic fiber paper is divided into 1260℃ type and 1400℃ type according to the use temperature.

According to the use function, it is divided into "B" type, "HB" type, and "H" type.

"B" type ceramic fiber paper is made of standard type or high aluminum type with loose spray fiber as raw material. "B" ceramic fiber paper has low thermal conductivity and excellent service strength. Due to its uniform structure, it has the same thermal conductivity and smooth surface. Type B ceramic fiber paper is mainly used as high-temperature insulation material.

"HB" type ceramic fiber paper uses the same fiber raw materials and production process as "B" type ceramic fiber paper, but different types and amounts of binders and additives. "HB" type ceramic fiber paper is specially added with flame retardants and smoke inhibitors, which will not produce organic combustion and smoke even when used at low temperatures. "HB" ceramic fiber paper is of uniform, clean surface, but its softness, elasticity, and tensile strength, and other indicators are slightly lower than "B" ceramic fiber paper, it is usually used as isolation, insulation material.

"H" type ceramic fiber paper is a rigid fiber paper, which is made of cotton pulp made of standard ceramic fiber, inert filler, an inorganic binder, and other additives, etc. Its excellent performance makes "H" type ceramic fiber paper an ideal product to replace asbestos cardboard. "H" ceramic fiber paper is easy to process, flexible and has excellent high temperature crushing strength, it is an ideal sealing and lining material.
