Finned tube is a kind of heat exchange element. High frequency and high frequency welding spiral finned tube is one of the most widely used spiral finned tubes, which is now widely used in power, metallurgy, cement industry waste heat recovery and petrochemical industry. High frequency welding of spiral finned tube is to use the skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency current to heat the steel strip and the outer surface of the steel tube until the plastic state or melting, while the steel strip is wound around the steel tube. The welding is completed under a certain pressure when the steel strip is wound. This kind of high-frequency welding is a solid phase welding. Compared with inlay, brazing (or overall hot galvanizing) and other methods, it is more advanced in terms of product quality (high welding rate of fins, up to 95%), productivity and automation.
