二、Product Usage Instructions
Iron：10500 10%, sodium hydroxide 2-5g/L can quickly remove the oil film oil, when the iron parts have a little rust can be properly added
Hydrochloric acid, 10500 10%, 10-40% hydrochloric acid, when used in the vibrating machine can be 10500 1KG, sodium hydroxide 1-2KG

Copper Pieces : It can also be properly supplemented with 1-3g/L sodium hydroxide, which can improve the emulsifying oil pollution capacity. It is added in a 50:1 ratio. For high-precision parts, it is not recommended to add sodium hydroxide.
Acid Copper Process：10500 2-3%, can quickly remove the copper plating surface organic film and dye particles attached to the coating surface, can reduce the sequence on the coating and increase the brightness of the coating, but also can prevent automatic copper layer in the air for too long caused by oxidation, affecting the performance and appearance of the sequence of the coating.
Zinc, Aluminum Alloy：10500 3-5%, can quickly remove the surface of the oxide oil film, such as vibration machine can be appropriate to add sodium silicate or trisodium phosphate, 10500 1KG, sodium silicate or trisodium phosphate 1KG.
Electrophoresis Process:10500 3-5%, can quickly remove the oxidized oil film on the metal surface, can enhance the binding force of electrophoresis.
