Q4:How about the sample fee and sample days?
A4:Some sample is free,but the express is on buyer's account.Customized sample needs 7-15 days.
Q5:What is the normal lead time?
A5:Customized order needs 10-20 days after we confirmed the quantity and received 30% deposit.
Q6:What is your payment term?
A6:30% deposit by T/T, the balance against the B/L copy.

A9:Please take the pictures from original cartons when you find any unacceptable defective products. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party or we can accept the claim from your samples or pictures you present. Finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
