The working principle
Non-ferrous metal separator is designed using the principle that the conductor can produce induced eddy current in the high-frequency alternating magnetic field:
1.The machine will produce high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field on the surface of the sorting magnetic roller when working.
2. When the metal block enters the strong magnetic separation zone, eddy current will be induced inside the metal block.
3. The magnetic field generated by this vortex current is opposite to the original magnetic field, and there are mutually repulsive forces.
4. The repulsive force can throw the conductive metal block forward to achieve the purpose of separation.
