In general, starch-based biodegradable & Compostable resin are more cost competitive than alternative bioplastics. They can accommodate a wide range of physical properties that alternative bioplastics lack, such as tensile strength and heat tolerance. Starch-modified blown plastic developed in accordance with EN13432, ASTM6400. It can be processed on various types of film blowing machines, printing machines, bag-making machines, and sealing machines. Starch based biodegradable & Compostable resin is applicable for various kinds of bags, such as T shirt bags, Garbage bags, Produces bags, Draw Stringbags etc.
The BIGGEST advantage of our resin is the low density, which saves material costs up to 10%. The density of our corn starch based resin is only around 1.09. To understand it more clearly, the following calculations are for your reference.
