Products Description
Fiberglass air filter paper are comprised primarily of glass microfiber then produced with a wet-laid process similar to that used for the production of paper. Our offers range from various ASHRAE grades (F6-F9),HEPA grades (H10-H14) to ULPA grades (U15-U17) with exceptional dust holding performance and providing the highest available efficiency at a minimal resistance to air flow. Our products are also available in laminated form to help solve special air filtration requirements.
APPLICATIONS:
* It can be used to filter solid impurities in oil and water, as well as dust and various aerosol particles in the atmosphere. It is widely used in advanced aviation oil filtration, hydraulic oil filtration of ship and heavy machinery hydraulic transmission servo system, water filtration of oil field water injection, nuclear power plant water filtration, compressed air filtration of air compressors, pharmaceutical factories, chemical factories and other fields.
* It can be widely used in various high-end air filtration fields, such as industrial dust-free clean rooms, and also can be applied to some civil requirements. It has good and obvious filtration effect on PM2.5, PM10 and other particles. According to different requirements of domestic and foreign customers, the products can be designed, produced and supplied in full accordance with domestic industry standards or international standards, in line with EN779/ISO16890 and other international general requirements.
* General ventilation (ASHRAE) : mainly used for general air conditioning system, gas turbine, air compressor, etc.
* High efficiency air filter (HEPA) : mainly used in ten thousand ~ one hundred thousand clean room or table, fresh air ventilation system, widely used in shopping malls, hospitals, family homes, animal husbandry and other fields, but also to meet the exhaust air of nuclear power plant, high-grade household vacuum cleaner, air purifier, gas mask and other clean material needs.
* Ultra HIGH EFFICIENCY AIR FILTER (ULPA) : MAINLY used in chip factory and 100, 10, 1 level clean workshop, applied to semiconductor and other microelectronics industry, biopHARmaceutical, operating room, special medical and other high requirements of clean environment.
