Product Description
Electric heating tube
Tubular electric heating element (hereinafter referred to as electric heating tube) is a kind of electrical element that converts electric energy into thermal energy. It is made of metal pipes (including stainless steel and copper pipes). Spiral electrothermal alloy wires (nickel chromium and iron chromium alloy) are uniformly distributed along the central axis of the pipe. The gaps are filled with magnesia with good insulation and thermal conductivity. The two ends of the pipe orifice are sealed with silica gel. This metal armored electrothermal element can heat air, metal molds and various liquids. Common electric heating tubes include fin electric heating tubes, Teflon electric heating tubes, quartz electric heating tubes, etc. Because of its cheap price, convenient use, convenient installation and no pollution, it is widely used in various heating occasions.
