Q1: How to Order?
Stepl. After confirming every details with our sales, we will make you a Proforma invoice (PI). Need your company information such as company name, shipping add, zip code, tax number, Tel number and contact person.
Step2. Make payment T/T or West union on the basis of the Pl & send us back the payment proof, we will delivery by express, by air or by sea within 1-7 working days after payment received.
Q2: How about getting samples from you?
We can supply 1 or 2 pcs samples at free of charge, but you have to pay for shipping cost.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
Generally we have no limitation about MOQ. But if you want to buy more, the shipping cost will be more reasonable. Please have more discussion with us if your combination of models is complicated.
Q4: What packing do you use?
Each product has its own safe packing, all are neutral.
Q5: How to ship the order?
We usually ship the products by express (door to door) or by air freight to your airport, it usually takes 3-7
working days. If the order quantity is large, we may ship by sea, it may take 20 working days or more which depends on destination
Q6: What's the warranty?
We guarantee our product is fit for its normal user purposes. Fuser warranty is 6 months. Toner cartridge warranty is 18 months. Other spare parts warranty is 12 months
Q7: What's your company policy on defective goods?
Once receiving the order, please check the goods within one week, if any damages, please contact us at once. If any quality problem confirmed, 100% replacement with the term of validity.
