Precautions

1. According to our research experience, it is not recommended to use acid solution containing Cl ions (such as HCl, NaCl, etc.) for pre-treatment in pickling/activation process. If it cannot be avoided due to special reasons, please soak the workpiece in 70-80 ℃ hot water for 3-5 minutes after pickling before passivation. 

Quality index inspection method

Suck 5ml of working solution into a 250ml conical flask with a pipette, add 50ml of distilled water to dilute and shake up, add 2-3 drops of 1% methyl orange indicator, titrate with 0.1mol/L standard NaOH solution to pink as the end point, and the N ml consumed is the acidity.

Instructions

This product is used as stock solution at room temperature~60 ℃, and the best temperature is 50-55 ℃. Put the cleaned workpieces in this product and soak them for 10~15min, rinse them with clean water, and then dry them for packaging.
