Quality Control
Each flexitank must be everytime that is TRIPLE TESTED before it leaves factory. To ensure that each flexitank is safe enough.
Each heat seal is tested
to 120% of load capacity.
Product packaging
Each flexitank is ultrasonic
tested to be leak proof.
Each load & discharge fitting
is vacuum tested.
Installation
Clean Container
1.Sweep clean the container, remove any debris and cover any sharp edges with paperboard.
2.The bottom and sides of the container are lined with paper rolls.tabbed at 3 walls of container.
Prepare Flexibag
1.Open the carton box, put the accessories aside. Carry the flexitank and place it in the middle of the container .
2.Unfold the flexitank up to the container two ends and spread the folded flexitank right to left, open the flexitank.
Installation Accessories
1.The steel pipes are separated by paper rolls, and the cardboard is fixed on the steel pipes with white straps.
2.Cross the valve from the cardboard hole and secure it with a plastic panel.
Filling
1.Tighten the valve in advance and Lock the left door, paste the YDP warning label on the left door.
2. Ready to load.
