Q: Where is your company located?
A: We are in Nanning City, Guangxi Province, the very southern part of China. We’ve got hot and humid climate here, therefore, our province is the biggest source area of Eucalyptus in China and thousands of factories live on forest products.
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are trading company, but we hold stocks of one plywood board factory and closely linked with dozen of factories. Our value is being the bridge between you and those truth worthy factories.
Q: How long is your lead time?
A: For 1 or 2 containers, the lead time is about 15 days after your deposit or L/C at sight.
We shall inform you lead time when the order is settled down.
Q: Do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, sample is available and we will only charge you $1 only, then freight cost is your account.
We will use plastic wrap and solid paper carton to pack it well. :)
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: We do 100% payment before shipment for our first three contracts, then we could negotiate about it. Both TT/ Ali trade
assurance/ LC are acceptable.
Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, please kindly share your requirements with us.
Q: What's the minium order quantity?
A: We usually keep some general models in stock, if these models meet your needs, the MOQ is only 50pcs. If the in-stock model does not meet your needs, then we need to start a new production order for you. At this time, the MOQ is 1000pcs.

A: Qinzhou Port, cause all our manufacturers are in Guangxi Province, the biggest source area of Eucalyptus in China.
