Longer Length for Higher Efficiency

We can reduce the film thickness from 25um to 22um without compromising too much on puncture and tear resistance.

Developed for film on film combi wrappers, this is also a 5-layer film, with 22um thickness and with 13% more reel length at a whopping 1700m length.

The 22um silage wrap has been designed to offer you the best value for your money.Depending on the number of layers applied, this could mean an additional 3 bales are wrapped for each reel used. The extra filmlength also saves time as it means fewer reel changes.

Sterling-Young™ − 5 layers high-end silage films

Sterling-Young™ is a silage wrap brand of Guangyuan Packaging, which is one of the china largest manufacturers of polyethylene film.Sterling-Young™ is metallocene based 5-layer blown film, manufactured in china, 25um or 22um thick, 5-layer film tensile strength can reach 40Mpa and is supplied on plastic cores to offer protection against moisture.

Guangyuan Packaging is the first and only one to produce a 5-layers blown silage film in China. Our silage films are produced in a hygiene-certified, multi-layer blown extrusion process.

In the manufacturing process, approximately ten different raw materials are melted in five extruders and blown to a film. Each of raw materials has an unique property such as UV-stability, tack characteristics, resistance to tearing.

Blown film, by design, provides strength in both transverse and machine direction, assuring a secure, consistent wrap for every bale and are suitable as agricultural stretch film for wrapping round and square bales

Product packaging

The available colours for this film are white, black and green.
We recommend white color because white film can reflects the sun'srays and reduces heat buildup, which avoids loss of quality feed

The available dimensions are 750 mm and 500 mm.

The packaging is Individually boxed and stacked on wooden pallets.

Sterling-Young™ comes on plastic cores which never vary in quality, as they do not absorb moisture.
