A: Just tell us what you want to do using this machine. And sending us a sample picture is better. Then we will send you a perfect solutions and suggestions.

 

Q:How can I know your machines work well?
A:Before delivery, we do test the working state of the machine for you.

 

Q:If we do not know how to use the machine, can you teach us?
A:Yes, we will.
We will send you the English manual and CD video for machine using and maintaining with machine.
If u still have some trouble, we can talk by telephone / WHATSAPP / SKYPE.
If necessary, we will have our professional engineers to your company to install or adjust the machine, you only need to pay for the cost.

 

Q:If the machine doesnt work, what should I do?
A:
1. The engineers are online for 24 hours, they can check the problems and give you solution very soon.
2. All our machines have two years warranty. If there is problem of machine parts under "normal new" during the warranty period, new parts will be sent and customers pay for the shipping cost only.
3. Please rest assured that operation video and manual will be offered, ensuring you can operate the machine easily.
4. We offer free technique after-service for forever. If any problem with the machine, just let us know, we will give solutions quickly.

 

 

International standard packing.

Firstly, packed the machine with plastic sheet for clearing and damp proofing.
Secondly, put the machine in the wooden case for safety and clashing.
Then, transport the wooden case into the container.
