OEM/ODM services
1) Pantone colors ( Pantone C, Pantone U or Pantone TPX) are acceptable, If exact colors cannot be appointed, our designer will recommend the best match color for verification and approval.
2) You could provide your own design in JPG, AI or PDF files. Please note that letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat. Avoid combinations of very similar colors with little contrast.
3) You may provide your logo or design image, we can produce by your sampies or technical drawings, we will send the finished art work for your approval before production.
4)We could provide customized packing base on certain MOQ quantity, and if the customized packing cost is different from our regular packing, the price change accordingly.

A: Within 15 days of receiving the goods, if there are broken one, please tell us and show us the detail proof so we can check and give replacement in the next order.
