160t/h XAP165 Mini Containerized Asphalt Mixing Plant For Sale
The equipment can produce various grades of asphalt mixture, modified asphalt mixture and warm mix asphalt materials, etc., and it can also be used matching with thermal regeneration equipment and foam asphalt equipment, to fully meet the needs of grade highway, municipal roads, freight yard and other engineering.
The equipment is equipped with screening precision control technology, secondary weighing asphalt technology, cauldron slow mixing, intelligent feeding material compensation technology, PID control and expert control technology, optimized combination of secondary dust removal technology and so on, which highlights the core features such as economy, reliability, advancement and intelligence of asphalt mixing equipment.
Performance Characteristics:
* Weichai turbocharged electronic injection diesel engine system, low emissions, low noise, low fuel consumption, fulfilling the requirements of Chinese Stage III emission standard. Three level power regulation control technology, allowing the machine working in the best fuel consumption area, more energy efficient.
* Sprinkler system: automatic/manual control mode, user-friendly control, high spraying precision. Sprinkling water pump has self-priming function, can be seamless connected to all kinds of water wheel wagon.
* Milling system: the grain size of milling material can be adjusted according to the rotor speed and operating speed, so as to ensure the uniformity of material granularity, meeting the requirements of different grading.
* Front axle drive mode, propelling speed and operating speed is stepless variable, convenient for operation.
* Milling rotor end door can be opened to large angle by electro-hydraulic control, cutting tools are fast and convenient to replace.
* Optional rear wheel drive system adapt to complex conditions such as certain degree of muddy, slippery roads.
