Zhongjiu provides cold upsetting, hot forgings, stamping parts, machined parts, cold working parts and other customized parts.
Zhongjiu is not only able to provide customized parts for a single process, but also a variety of combined processes.
Q3.Does each customized product require a mold fee?
Not all custom parts are subject to a mold fee. For example, conventional products do not require molds, and Zhongjiu spends labor costs when making samples, so it charges a certain sample fee.

For the first development of non-standard parts, if 2 times the unqualified sample is delivered, we will refund the mold fee.
If you give us more opportunities to make molds, we will continue to learn until we succeed.
Q8.What is your MOQ for processing? Any mold fees? Can the mold fee be refunded?
A. MoQ of non-standard fasteners: 1-2 tons, according to different parts, a mold fee is charged when reaching one
