We design and supply Gabion Box made of double twisted hexagonal wire mesh or welded wire mesh. Thisk kind of mesh not only used as a gabion box, it also can be customized, not only the shape, size. and also can add small parts to make the mesh is more strong. one of our client asked us to add steel rope in the border and middle position, the gabion can be in roll or a box.

Workshop
We have 7 machines, with different sizes, daily output is around 30,000 square meter, only need 7 days to produce if a large order, such as 4 PCS of 40ft container.
we cooperated with famous large raw material factory, with a high zinc coated wire, which can use more than 20 years under sea water.
the machines produce gabion basket with double twist, the mesh size can be from 60*80mm to 110*130mm,
can be gabion box , gabion roll etc.
our worker is experienced in loading different size of containers, fast and good.
in order to save shipping space, gabion basket need to packed into a bundle, with heavy machine.
after weaving basket, gabion mesh is showed mesh panel, need people bending to the right size manually.
Packing & Delivery
Gabion basket can be send by FCL (full container loading), the package is in bundle.
Gabion cage is also can be send by LCL(Less than container loading), if required less quantity, will be packed in wooden pallet.
