LP7806 is a single-chip solution IC designed for small-capacity lithium battery charging/discharging applications. It integrates linear charge management module, synchronous boost, control module, status indication, load identification, and discharge module;
Charging management built-in overvoltage protection function, built-in power MOS, charging current 310mA, charger current adaptive function, charging status indication function;
Discharge management has built-in synchronous boost, load access identification, and key-on functions; Discharge current detection function, the discharge current is less than 4mA, and the discharge is automatically cut off; Built-in discharge indication and low-power prompt functions;
For the application of small-capacity lithium battery system, it provides an easy-to-use solution; LP7806 adopts ES0P8 package.
