This equipment is specially used for heat treatment of samples in an inert atmosphere protection environment; high-purity alumina material is used as the furnace material, which has good thermal insulation performance. 3) Heating on both sides (left side and right side) can obtain a uniform temperature field.
4) B-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple for temperature measurement.
