7.   Q: When tracking my parcel with the given tracking number, why does it say on DHL website that “Shipper has generated a shipment label, but the shipment has not yet been handed to DHL”?

A: Most of the time we send parcel through Hongkong DHL. You will be notified of the shipment once your parcel is handed over to DHL agent in mainland China. However, tracking will only be available on DHL official website after the parcel is handed over to Hongkong DHL, which is normally 1-3 days later.

8.   Q: Do I need to pay import tax and customs clearance fee?

A: Each country has a different policy regarding import tax and customs clearance fee. These costs, when arises, are at buyers’ cost. The express courier company will assist you in the process. Please check on your side for relevant government policies.
