(5) Follow up with shipping company to keep the goods customer received on time .

A：(1) Can send you our ready sample to test our products quality, you just pay sample shipping cost.
(2) Pay mold cost to make your design sample , we make sample as your design or give us details we make design send to customer approve.
(3) If you are not satisfied with our samples we can refund the sample fee to you.
