This section contains content to help you troubleshoot. If the device is not working properly, please make sure that your
configuration is exactly in accordance with this manual
Problem 1: The power indicator does not light up
solution:
①Confirm whether the power supply of the switch is connected correctly, please reconnect the power supply of the switch or switch
to another power socket and try to power on again
②Make sure the power outlet is in good condition.
③Replace the power adapter and try to reconnect the power.
Question 2: The LINK/ACT connection indicator is not on
solution:
①Confirm that the switch and other devices are configured correctly
②Confirm that the cables are connected correctly
③Confirm that the connection cable between the switch and other network devices does not exceed 100 meters (in the default
standard mode)
Problem three: poor performance
solution:
①Check that the switch is running in full-duplex state. If the switch is running at full-duplex and other devices are running at
half-duplex, the performance of the switch will be degraded.
②Confirm that the connection cable between the switch and other IEEE802.3 compatible network equipment is above the standard of
Category 5 unshielded cable.
Problem 4: Can't communicate between several workstations
solution:
①Check the connection status of the switch to make sure the connection is correct
②Confirm that the network configuration of the workstation connected to the switch is correct, and change the network
configuration of the workstation
③Confirm that the switch is in standard mode and does not start the VLAN isolation function
④Try restarting the switch.
