Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trade company ?
We have our own factory and export license. There are 2 factories, one located in Foshan city,Guangdong PR.(in the South of China), the other one located in Linyi city,Shandong PR.(in the North of China).We are processional for ODM/OEM service.
Q2. How to balance the production between the big & small customers ?
We not only have high-efficiency production line, but flexible multi-variety and small-lot manufacturing pattern. These 2 kinds of systems support us to offer specific service to our customers very well.
Q3. How to guarantee the quality ?
Quality is the priority in our business. We conduct various test by our own CNAS certified laboratory, to guarantee the quality of all materials are conforming with different market requirements. More, we have a strong QC team for strict inspection on different process, such as IQC,IPQC,FQC,OQC, to assure good quality and let every customer satisfied.
Q4. What's your production capacity and lead time ?
600*40‘HQ/month for sofa business, the lead time 30-45 days after deposit received.
Q5. Can I order samples? Are they free of charge ?
Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the extra fee from your bulk order later.
