Yes, for custom designs, we can apply for patent for customers in China first to protect customers from vicious competition. To grow with customers and protect customers is our primary task and we can sign agreement for exclusive sale.
5.Can we use our designated pump brand for our order?
Yes, if so we would like you to ask your supplier to send pump sample to our to test based on different models.
6.Do you have design capabilities?
Yes, this is what we specialize. Just give us your ideas and we could work out designs from it and quote initial cost. Once confirmed, we can process with sampling. Zero cost before sampling is made.
7.What kind of certificates do you have for the pump and transformers?

We always ship qualified pumps and transformers with CE, GS, UKCA, ROHS, UL, CUL ETL, SAA, SASO based on customers’ needs. All are certified by a qualified third lab.

8. Are sample available? What is the lead time for samples?

Samples are available. For existing designs, 7-10 days for sampling. For customs designs, it is negotiable.
