A1: We can provide samples of stock, but you need to pay freight.
Q2: Can you make my designs?
A2: Yes, customer design, especially OEM/ODM, is welcomed.
Q3: Do you have stock? When can I get it if I pay?
A3: For stock items, we can send out within 3-4 days.
For items not available, we need about 10-20 working days to make and it also depends on your order quantity.
Q4: What is your MOQ? Can I mix different styles to a start order?
A4: MOQ is different depending on the product. The product is different and the MOQ is different.
Q5: Why your price on website is not same as real price?
A5: The price on the website is only a rough quotation.Many factors such as quantity, material cost and exchange rate will affect the price, so the real price will be subject to our final confirmation.
