A: Yes, we accept an trial order for the first time, it is the start of business and our long-term cooperation in the future.

Q: How can I get a quotation? When can I get the quotation?
A: Quotation will be offered within 24 hours. It will be more efficient if you tell size, quantity, special requirement.

Q: Can you do a sample for me?
A: Yes, sample can be arranged for your approval, but we do not pay for freight.

Q: Can you print the logo on my product or color box for my product?
A: Yes, we can. Pls note Print / laser logo MOQ is 300pcs. MOQ for color box is 500pcs.

Q: What's your delivery time?
A: It depending on the order quantity.Delivery time for normal products and without any logo is 10~30 days. Casting products and logo products and color box packing will take about 25~30 days.

Q: Which is the shipping way to choose?
A: Sample will be sent air for small order; it is is more than 1 ton or 1 cbm it is better to arrange by sea.
