Manufacturer Process
Weave original Carbon Fiber to Pre-impregnated Carbon cloth by Semi-Automic Carbon Fiber Weaving machine.
Preform the Carbon Strips Cloth according to different racket shape.
Pre-form racket according to the different Racket mold.
Put the pre-formed racket into the hot pressing table to fix the shape and cool down.
Take out the molding-up racket from the hot-pressing table for the next polishing process.
Refill the racket from the irregular surface to the flat surface.
Polish the rough racket surface to smooth surface,if the racket is transparent,then we must polish the racket into the transparency surface.
3K Transparency Racket after polishing
Spray primer coating on the racket.The color depends on customers artwork and requirements.
Apply the water decal on the racket for customized branding.It is necessary to keep the whole process clean and tidy.It is necessary to keep the whole process clean and tidy
Drilling: After water decal and labelling process,we must put the racket into oven room for 18-24 hours.After drying,we can make customized holes drilling on the racket.
Quality Control: Check the quality and appearance of the racket to ensure that the racket is clean and tidy, and has not been contaminated during transportation,drilling.
