On my first use I boiled water and made pasta in less than 2 hours, I found some perfectly sized aluminum trays and can fit 3 inside the tube.
My second use on a cloudy day, I loaded the over at 10:47am with ginger sesame rice, a baked russet potato and some liver and onions.
At 1:45 the tube was steaming and was delicious. I have baby back ribs and a cornish hen to make next.
