High Quality Honeycomb Ceramic Catalyst Stone Substrate For Car Exhaust
Regenerative Thermal/Catalytic Oxidizer (RTO/RCO) are used to destroy Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and odorous emissions etc, which are extensively applied in the fields of Automotive paint, Chemical industry, Electronic & Electric Manufacturing industry, Contact Combustion System, and so on. Ceramic Honeycomb is specified as structured regenerative media of RTO/RCO.

The ceramic substrate is made of cordierite, The cells density can be 100 cpsi, 300 cpsi, 400 cpsi or 600 cpsi. The usual cpsi (Cell Per Square Inch) for catalytic converter substrate is 400, the shape of ceramic substrate is round, racetrack, ellipse and other special shape according to the customer's requirement.
The ceramic substrate is made of cordierite, and it is used for car catalytic converter. The cells density can be 100 cpsi, 300 cpsi, 400 cpsi or 600 cpsi. The shape will be round, oval or racetrack. We can supply both ceramic element coated with noble metals of PT, Pd, Rh and ceramic element without noble metals.

* Substrate coated with precious metal (palladium, platinum and rhodium) to make catalytic converter. It removes harmful
chemicals of automobile exhaust purification system, such as HC, CO, NOX. It can meet Euro I, Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV and Euro V standard.
