1、Is JUNHUA PEEK different from other commercial PEEK?
Not all PEEK materials are the same, different manufacturers of PEEK will be different. But for PEEK material of the basic mechanics, thermodynamics and electricity, with the continuous improvement of Peek polymerization process, in fact, have not much difference. For example, the performance of Junhua Peek is similar to that of VICTREX PEEK450G, Keaspire PEEK and VESTAKEEP 5000G, with 95 per cent of the product applications being essentially the same. It’s more about the fluidity of the material.
2、What is the natural color of JUNHUA PEEK material？
PEEK natural color close to Khaki or Brown, Khaki, etc. . We often use two kinds of natural color and black, according to different needs, we can also produce different color particles.
3、What is the chemical solvent resistance of JUNHUA PEEK？
JUNHUA PEEK chemical resistance is very good, we often say that chemical resistance is also known as corrosion resistance. Peek contains a large number of benzene ring structure, so that it can withstand most of the chemical drugs, such as gasoline, kerosene, lubricants, formic acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide and so on. Only strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, aqua regia, chlorine, etc. are not tolerated.
